We have used these tools, skills and methods to create our own unique approach – The EqUa Approach and are dedicated to giving the help you need to get you to the place you want to be. Over the years we have enabled clients to overcome anxiety, crippling fears, insomnia, to de-stress, to increase their performance and battle their phobias. Our clients have included television presenters, actors, comedians and business executives.
